Our name might sound familiar because of the 1950’s musical called West Side Story but more and more people have heard about our Westside from all of our satisfied customers.

Our Westside Story is no song and dance! It’s a true life story about real everyday people who set out on a mission to create an auto and truck repair business that would be a cut above the rest. “Honest Repairs, Work You Can Trust”, is not just a slogan, it’s the cornerstone of our business philosophy. Fair prices and treating our customers just as we like to be treated, with honesty, integrity, and a friendly smile, is the rest of our foundation…and ever since 1986 we have been building and growing with the help of our wonderful, longtime, loyal customers.

We too, were teenage sweethearts, like Tony and Maria in the musical, but our story is happy, just like our customers’. We are grandparents now and have learned a lot through the years about running an auto service facility that keeps people coming back.

Vehicles old and new, foreign and domestic come through our shop. It takes more than just an ASE certified master technician to keep up with all the changes. We are constantly educating and updating. Our team has enough combined knowledge, and more importantly, experience to fix just about any problem that comes through the door.

Doug has always been the main character in our story and customers have always been fond of the way in which he makes the complex problems of their vehicles understandable. Our service manager, Ronnie Robeson, with us since 2009, is also very good at helping customers understand what is going on with their vehicles. Our customers also like the way we help them prioritize needed repairs so they can stay within their budgets…and these days Everybody seems to be on a tight budget.
